Industrial mall MONMAT

It is a completely industrialized and modulated construction that forms a bright space, meant to host warehouse activities for DIY and building materials.

Given the necessities of the property, the building was put together in record time. This was possible due to a prefabricated construction which allowed for a rapid on-site assembly. The structure is built by screwed metal cross sections forming the framework of the building, the enclosures are made of prestressed concrete alveolar slabs assembled on-site and the roof is a combination of sandwich panels and methacrylate panels to allow natural light to come in.

With this type of construction, we saved time and therefore also money for our clients and even improved the final quality since the three materials stayed visible and created a good final image which can only be achieved by means of prefabrication.
