2+2 house

The site is located a few metres away from the beach and in an rural and recently urbanised environment; in the front there are orange tree fields and at the back new-built houses.

t is a calm, flat and pleasant area between the urban heart and the fishing port.

Like the location, the house is arranged in between extremes: white finishes and the wood, cold and warmth, new and traditional…

four facades and each one following their own path but still constituting one complex.

Inside, the house is open. There are no hallways, no spare spaces, only the intention to make the best of the few metres of construction that are fenced in because of the tricky urbanistic laws.

Kitchen, living room, bathrooms… everything is taken care of in detail within aesthetics that again are in between extremes; the presence and the essence. If you can have the best from the present and from the past, why choose?
